Clarification on Concrete Parking Spots at English Creek
Dear Racers,
I hope this message finds you well. As we prepare for the upcoming racing season at English Creek, I want to take a moment to clarify the agreements and rules regarding the use of our concrete parking spots.
As per our original agreement, the individual who poured a concrete spot retains the rights to that spot for the duration of their racing at English Creek. It is important to note that these spots cannot be sold or transferred to another individual if the original owner decides to stop racing or move on from English Creek. In such cases, the spot will revert back to the track and will be available for rental on a yearly basis.
Recently, we have encountered some issues with individuals moving into vacated spots without the knowledge of English Creek Speedway (ECS). This has led to confusion and has hindered our ability to allocate spots to those who have requested them in the order they were received. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that everyone adheres to the established rules.
The rental fee for a concrete parking spot is $150 per year, which must be paid in full by the end of the first point race of the year.
