Racers and Teams,
As we approach the third race of the season championship, we want to take a moment to remind everyone of the important regulations regarding kart specifications. Up to this point, we have been lenient with wing sizes, side pods, and tail tank designs for those who are new to the track or visiting from out of town. However, it is crucial that we adhere to the established guidelines moving forward.
Please refer to pages 3 and 4 of the rule book for the specific sizes and diagrams required at ECS. Key points to remember include:
• Tail Cones: Tail cones are mandatory for all karts.
• Rear Bumpers: Flat rear bumpers are not permitted.
These regulations have been in place for many years and will be enforced during the upcoming races. Several participants have already been notified of necessary adjustments while crossing the scales over the past two weeks.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a fair and competitive environment for all. Let’s make this championship race a great one!
