Friday Night Show Sign-In Times

We hope this message finds you well! As we gear up for another exciting Friday night show, we want to remind everyone of our sign-in times. Please remember that sign-in begins at 4:30 p.m. and must be completed by 6:30 p.m.

Recently, we’ve noticed an increasing number of participants waiting until the last minute to get in line. While we understand that life can be unpredictable and that delays can happen, we want to emphasize the importance of arriving on time. When a line forms at 6:30 p.m., it creates challenges:

*Delayed Show Start: The show cannot begin until all drivers are signed in, which pushes back our start time.
*Increased Pressure: Rushing to get everything in order often leads to mistakes, which can further delay the show as we work to resolve them.
*Missing Equipment: We’ve seen instances where crews rush back and forget to place transponders on the karts, which happens at least once a week.
*To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask for your cooperation in arriving on time. Let’s work together to kick off the show without a hitch this Friday!

Thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to seeing you at the races!
