**All drivers under the age of 18 must provide a notarized minor’s release form at time of sign. The minor’s release form must be signed by both parents or legal guardian.
The minor waiver can be found by following this link http://www.knoxvilleraceway.com/helper_pages/FileGet.aspx?id=582 or on our website at www.knoxvilleraceway.com; click on the driver info tab at the top of the screen; click Rules in the dropdown menu and find the 2018 Minor Waiver form.
Both parents or guardians of the minor must sign the form in the presence of a Knoxville Raceway official or, if signed prior to arriving at the track, the signatures on the waiver must be notarized.
