Important Tire Regulations Announcement
As the race season begins, we want to remind all competitors about our tire regulations at English Creek Speedway. Recently, there have been inquiries regarding the availability of "A" series tires for racers in Iowa.
We have reached out to Hoosier Racing for more information on this product and its viability for use. However, per our existing agreement with Hoosier, we will continue to utilize only "D" series tires for the races. Please ensure that all tires used begin with the letter D followed by the numbers. Acceptable examples include: D-50, D-50A, D-30, etc.
At this time, the first letter of the tire designation cannot be A. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may cause. Dealers were informed in January that the A50T tire would not be permitted this season on the right rear, and the availability of other "A" series compounds was only recently brought to our attention.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Should there be any changes to our rules or tire regulations, we will communicate them promptly.
