2025 Banquet Recap
For those who couldn’t make it, here’s a quick recap of our night at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame.
We started the evening with a social hour while drivers and families arrived and got settled. Once everyone found a seat, we opened with a prayer from Dave Jones, who many of you know from the front gate every Friday night.Dinner was catered by Checkered Flag Concessions, thanks Nick and Ayla for all the hard work you put into this while having your own racers to cheer on. Bushel and a Peck Bakery had a great spread of sweets for everyone to enjoy they are also found right here in Knoxville. We gave away over 70 items this year to the drivers who attended. A big thank you to McKenna Hasse for her generous donation, along with all the great businesses that helped make it possible: Hoosier Tire, Eight Four Speedshop, Dan Henning Wings, NAPA Auto Parts, Knoxville Raceway, and DeYarmane Automotive.
2025 Awards Track Champions:Rory Weller, Trenton Peterson, Daxx Housley, Walker Overturf, Paxton Benge, Brody Tucker Rookie of the Year:Gannon Heimbaugh, Cole Hughes, Carson Sanders, Jared Sutton, Paxton Benge, Brody Tucker Most Improved Driver:Brentley Beeler Driver of the year: Brody Tucker.
All of the awards were made locally by DeZine Metal Art right here in Knoxville. We’re thankful for them every week for helping us give our drivers something special to take home.Thank you to all the drivers, teams, families, and fans who helped make another great season at English Creek Speedway possible. We appreciate every one of you and can’t wait to see you on practice night.
